Since our lot was extremely narrow, we needed to build a custom home that would fit appropriately. While most builders only build their models, Kelling Builders was able to plan a customized home that would not only fit, but that would work with our lifestyle too. I also liked that they sat with us for hours while we worked together to build the floorplan, and the blueprints would always come back to us within a couple days.
